For best results pan fry from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
PAN FRY
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry burgers over a low to medium heat for 15 –18 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
OVEN
- Remove from all packaging.
- Preheat oven to 220/Fan 200/Gas 6
- Cook Burgers for 18-20 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
BBQ:
- Preheat the BBQ to a medium heat.
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on the BBQ and cook for 15-18 minutes
- Turn frequently throughout cooking.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger with Guacamole: Cook the burger in a hot skillet or on the barbecue until cooked through. Toast a brioche bun and fill with the burger, fresh guacamole, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce and red onion. Add a little sour cream and serve with crispy potato wedges.
- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger with Spicy Mayo: Cook the burger until browned and cooked through, then place in a toasted brioche bun with shredded lettuce, tomato and red onion. Mix mayonnaise with a little hot sauce and lime juice and drizzle over the burger. Serve with seasoned fries and coleslaw.
- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger Tacos: Cook the burgers until cooked through, then break them into smaller pieces. Warm soft tortillas and fill with the burger pieces, shredded lettuce, grated cheddar, diced tomato and avocado. Finish with salsa, sour cream and fresh coriander.
- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger Loaded Fries: Cook the burgers until cooked through and break into smaller pieces. Prepare crispy fries and top with the kangaroo burger pieces, grated cheddar, jalapeños and spring onions. Finish with spicy mayonnaise and salsa, then serve with sour cream for dipping.
- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger Wrap: Cook the burger until cooked through, then slice into strips. Fill a warm tortilla with shredded lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado and the sliced burger. Add a spicy mayo or garlic yoghurt dressing, then wrap tightly and serve with crispy wedges.
- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger with Sweet Potato Fries: Cook the burger in a hot skillet or on the barbecue until cooked through. Serve in a toasted bun with melted cheddar, shredded lettuce, tomato and a smoky barbecue sauce. Add crispy sweet potato fries and a simple side salad.
- Kangaroo & Jalapeño Burger Rice Bowl: Cook the burger until cooked through, then slice into strips. Serve over steamed rice with sweetcorn, avocado, black beans, tomato and shredded lettuce. Top with salsa, grated cheese and a drizzle of lime and chilli mayonnaise.

Although the ingredients do not list jalapeños at all they taste amazing and no fat at all! Can’t wait to eat again
