For best results pan fry from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
PAN FRY
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry burgers over a low to medium heat for 15 –18 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
OVEN
- Remove from all packaging.
- Pre heat oven to 220/Fan 200/Gas 6
- Cook Burgers for 18-20 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
BBQ:
- Pre-heat the BBQ to a medium heat.
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on the BBQ and cook for 15-18 minutes
- Turn frequently throughout cooking.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Why not try:
- Buffalo Burger with Caramelised Onion and Brie: Cook the buffalo burger in a hot skillet or on the barbecue until cooked through. Meanwhile, slowly cook sliced onions in a little butter until soft and caramelised. Toast a brioche bun and fill with the buffalo burger, caramelised onions, a slice of Brie and rocket. Serve with crispy fries or a simple side salad.
- Buffalo Burger with Guacamole and Salsa: Cook the buffalo burger in a hot skillet until cooked through, then top with grated cheese and allow it to melt. Toast a burger bun and fill with the burger, fresh guacamole, tomato salsa, shredded lettuce and red onion. Serve with seasoned wedges or tortilla chips.
- Buffalo Burger Loaded Fries: Cook the buffalo burgers in a skillet until cooked through, then break them into smaller pieces. Prepare crispy fries and top with the buffalo burger pieces, grated cheddar, crispy onions and jalapeños. Finish with burger sauce and serve with a side of coleslaw.
- Buffalo Burger Wrap: Cook the buffalo burger until cooked through, then slice into strips. Warm a large tortilla and fill with the sliced burger, shredded lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and grated cheese. Add burger sauce or garlic mayonnaise, wrap tightly and serve with crispy wedges.
- Buffalo Burger Breakfast Stack: Cook the buffalo burger in a skillet until cooked through. Toast a brioche bun and layer with the burger, a fried egg, crispy bacon, sliced avocado and a little hot sauce. Serve with crispy breakfast potatoes or hash browns.
- Buffalo Burger Sliders: Cook the buffalo burgers until cooked through and cut into smaller portions if needed. Serve in mini brioche rolls topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and burger sauce. Add grated cheese and caramelised onions for variety and serve with crispy fries or sweet potato wedges.
- Buffalo Burger Bowl: Cook the buffalo burger until cooked through, then slice into strips. Build a bowl with crispy potatoes, mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and red onion. Top with the buffalo burger and drizzle with burger sauce or a honey mustard dressing.
