Why not try:
- Buffalo Pizza: Roll out pizza dough and spread buffalo sauce or your favourite hot sauce as the base. Scatter cooked meatballs over the sauce, along with sliced red onions and mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. After baking, drizzle ranch dressing over the top for a delicious buffalo-style pizza.
- Buffalo Meatball Pasta Bake: Cook the buffalo meatballs in a skillet until browned on all sides. Add a tomato and garlic pasta sauce and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through. Stir through cooked pasta and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Top with grated mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake until golden and bubbling.
- Buffalo Meatball Subs: Cook the buffalo meatballs in a tomato and garlic sauce until cooked through. Slice crusty sub rolls and fill with the meatballs and plenty of sauce. Top with grated mozzarella and Parmesan, then place under the grill until the cheese is melted and golden. Serve with a simple side salad or crispy fries.
- Buffalo Meatball Orzo: Brown the buffalo meatballs in a large pan and set aside. Sauté diced onion and garlic, then stir in orzo, chopped tomatoes and beef stock. Return the meatballs to the pan and simmer until the orzo is tender and the meatballs are cooked through. Finish with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
- Buffalo Meatball Loaded Fries: Cook the buffalo meatballs until browned and cooked through, then cut them in half. Prepare crispy fries and top with the buffalo meatballs, grated cheddar, jalapeños and spring onions. Drizzle with garlic mayonnaise and barbecue sauce before serving.
- Buffalo Meatball Flatbreads: Cook the buffalo meatballs until browned and cooked through, then slice in half. Spread warm flatbreads with garlic yoghurt or hummus and top with the meatballs, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and fresh herbs. Finish with a drizzle of yoghurt dressing and serve with a side salad.

Very much like beef meatballs but with a little extra flavour. Good taste and stay together when stir fried.
