- Wild Boar Sausage and Apple Traybake: Arrange the sausages on a roasting tray with sliced apples, red onion, carrots and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, season with thyme and roast until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are golden.
- Wild Boar Sausage Pasta: Remove the sausages from their skins and crumble the meat into a pan. Cook with onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes, then toss with pasta and Parmesan. Finish with fresh basil.
- Wild Boar Sausage and Bean Stew: Brown the sausages before slicing into chunks. Add onions, peppers, chopped tomatoes, cannellini beans and smoked paprika, then simmer until rich and bubbling. Serve with crusty bread.
- Wild Boar Sausage Rolls: Remove the sausage meat from the skins and place along strips of puff pastry. Roll, brush with beaten egg and bake until golden and crisp. Serve warm with chutney or mustard.
- Wild Boar Sausage and Creamy Mustard Potatoes: Cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Serve with crispy crushed potatoes and steamed greens, then drizzle with a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce.
- Wild Boar Sausage and Lentil Bowl: Brown the sausages and serve sliced over warm lentils with roasted carrots, red onion and spinach. Finish with a mustard and honey dressing for a hearty but lighter meal.
- Wild Boar Sausage Pizza: Remove the sausage meat from the skins and brown in a pan. Scatter over a pizza base with tomato sauce, mozzarella, red onion and roasted peppers, then bake until golden and bubbling.
