For best results, fully defrost and cook from chilled. The following instructions are guidelines only. Please ensure product is thoroughly cooked through before serving.
Slow Cook:
- Pre-heat oil in a pan and the oven on a medium heat (180°C / Gas Mark 5).
- Remove product from packaging.
- Fry the meat in a frying pan until browned on all sides.
- Place in a casserole dish and cook in the oven for up to 2 hours.
Why not try:
- Zebra Diced with Creamy Peppercorn Gnocchi: Sear the diced zebra in a hot pan until browned, then set aside. Cook gnocchi with mushrooms, cream, Parmesan and crushed black pepper, then stir through the zebra and finish with fresh parsley.
- Zebra Diced Stroganoff Wraps: Cook the diced zebra with onions, mushrooms and paprika, then stir through a creamy mustard sauce. Spoon into warm flatbreads with rocket and pickled red onion for an easy dinner.
- Zebra Diced with Coconut Rice: Season and pan-fry the diced zebra with garlic and ginger. Serve over coconut rice with roasted peppers, cucumber and spring onions, finished with fresh coriander and lime.
- Zebra Diced Filo Parcels: Cook the diced zebra with onions, mushrooms, thyme and a little stock until tender. Spoon into sheets of filo pastry, fold into parcels and bake until crisp and golden. Serve with a fresh salad.
- Zebra Diced and Potato Rösti: Pan-fry the diced zebra with garlic and herbs, then serve over crispy potato rösti with a poached egg and dressed rocket for a hearty brunch-style meal.
- Zebra Diced with Creamy Polenta: Cook the diced zebra with onions, mushrooms and herbs, adding a little stock to create a rich sauce. Spoon over creamy Parmesan polenta and finish with fresh parsley.
- Zebra Diced Pesto Couscous Bowls: Sear the diced zebra with garlic and herbs, then serve over couscous with roasted courgette, peppers and cherry tomatoes. Finish with pesto and crumbled feta.
- Zebra Diced Loaded Sweet Potatoes: Roast sweet potatoes until soft, then fill with pan-fried diced zebra, roasted peppers and sweetcorn. Top with grated cheddar, spring onions and a spoonful of sour cream.

I watched the video on how to make the zebra kofta, definitely would recommend, is delicious with the tsire, it really adds the extra kick the meal needs
