- Classic Roast Duck: Rub the duck with a mixture of salt, pepper, and herbs like thyme and rosemary. Roast in the oven until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked to your liking. Serve with roasted potatoes, glazed carrots, and a side of tangy orange sauce.
- Asian-inspired Crispy Duck: Score the skin of the duck and marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and Chinese five-spice. Roast the duck until the skin is golden and crispy.
