Our products on our site are perishable, this means that the right to cancel an order does not apply. However, if you contact us more than 48 hours before your order is dispatched, it may be possible to cancel your order.
If there is an issue with an order you have received, i.e. missing items, or you have received the incorrect items, please make contact within 3 days. The items will be resent within 2 working days.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Where applicable, refunds will be made to the same account used to pay for your order.
