Our products on our site are perishable, this means that the right to cancel an order does not apply. However, if you contact us more than 48 hours before your order is dispatched, it may be possible to cancel your order.
If there is an issue with an order you have received, i.e. missing items, or you have received the incorrect items, please make contact within 3 days and we can discuss you options.
Important Information Regarding Deliveries
If your items arrive slightly softened, please inspect the centre for the presence of ice crystals.

Where ice crystals are present, the items may be safely placed in the freezer.

Where no ice crystals are present, please contact our office within 3 days. We may request photo evidence confirming that the items have fully defrosted.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Where applicable, refunds will be made to the same account used to pay for your order.
