Cooking Instructions
For best results oven cook from defrost. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
OVEN COOK
- Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours
- Remove all packaging before cooking.
- Roast at 180C/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 2 hours
- Turn temperature up to 200C/Gas Mark 6 for a further 30 mins to crisp the crackling
- Allow meat to rest for 15 minutes before slicing
