- Grilled Buffalo with Chimichurri Sauce: Season the buffalo fillet with salt and pepper and grill it to your desired level of doneness. Prepare a fresh chimichurri sauce by blending together fresh parsley, coriander, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Drizzle the chimichurri sauce over the grilled buffalo and serve it with roasted vegetables or a side of quinoa salad.
- Buffalo Fillet Steak Diane: Pan-sear the buffalo fillet in a hot skillet with butter until browned on both sides. Remove the fillet from the skillet and keep it warm. In the same skillet, sauté shallots and mushrooms until tender. Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and a splash of brandy. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Slice the buffalo fillet and serve it with the Steak Diane sauce, along with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
- Buffalo Fillet with Blueberry Sauce: Grill or pan-sear the buffalo fillet to your preferred doneness. In a separate saucepan, simmer fresh or frozen blueberries with a touch of honey, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of cinnamon. Cook until the blueberries break down and the sauce thickens slightly. Serve the buffalo fillet with the sweet and tangy blueberry sauce, accompanied by roasted Brussels sprouts or green beans.
- Buffalo Fillet Sliders: Grill or pan-sear small buffalo fillet medallions to your desired level of doneness. Toast mini slider buns and assemble the sliders with the buffalo fillet medallions, arugula, caramelized onions, and a drizzle of truffle aioli for a gourmet twist.

For best results pan fry from defrost. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
PAN FRY
- Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours
- Remove from all packaging before cooking.
- Allow steak to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Rub the steak with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a heavy based frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side.
- Add additional timing for preferred steak:
- 2 minutes each side for rare.
- 3 minutes each side for medium.
- 4 minutes each side for well done.
- Once cooked, rest for at least 5 mins.
BBQ
- Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours
- Remove from all packaging before cooking.
- Allow steak to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Rub the steak with a little oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Ensure the BBQ is hot, place gently on the griddle & cook for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Add additional timing for preferred steak:
- 2 minutes each side for rare.
- 3 minutes each side for medium.
- 4 minutes each side for well done.
- Once cooked, rest for at least 5 mins.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
