Why not try:
- Kangaroo and Jalapeno Tacos: Grill or pan-sear the kangaroo and jalapeno burgers until they're cooked to perfection. Serve them in warm tortillas with vibrant salsa made from diced tomatoes, red onion, coriander, lime juice, and jalapeno peppers. Top with crumbled queso fresco and a drizzle of creamy avocado crema for a delightful fusion of tastes.
- Kangaroo and Jalapeno Salad: Prepare kangaroo and jalapeno burgers and slice them into strips. Then, arrange the burger strips over a bed of mixed greens. Add sliced avocado, roasted corn, black beans, and tortilla strips for crunch. Drizzle with a zesty lime vinaigrette dressing for a refreshing and satisfying salad.
- Kangaroo and Jalapeno Sliders with Mango Chutney: Split and shape the kangaroo and jalapeno burger patties into smaller patties for sliders. Grill or pan-sear the sliders and then place them on mini buns. Spread a dollop of mango chutney on each slider for a hint of sweetness. Finally, top with arugula and thinly sliced red onion for a balanced contrast of flavours.
- Kangaroo and Jalapeno Pizza: Grill kangaroo and jalapeno burgers and slice them thinly. Use the sliced burgers as a topping for a homemade pizza. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced red onion, and thinly sliced jalapeno peppers. Finally, bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Kangaroo and Jalapeno Slaw Wraps: Grill kangaroo and jalapeno burgers and slice them into thin strips. Toss the burger strips with a tangy coleslaw made from shredded cabbage, carrots, and a creamy dressing with a hint of jalapeno heat. Serve the mixture in large lettuce leaves, creating flavorful and refreshing wraps.

-
Such a lovely flavour, soft and moist texture. Mine were defrosted but cooked perfectly about 4 minutes each side, great in a toasted Brioche bun.
-
the meat itself is nice, tender and juciy, and the jalapeño is a nice touch adding a little tang on the tip of your toung, definitely try out
