Iberico Pork
Iberico meat is distinctly different than regular pork. When you see it raw, it almost looks like beef. The meat is red compared to pork meat which is white.
The Iberico pigs are fed mostly on an acorn diet, which ensures they absorb the fat into their muscles, which gives a wonderful marbling on the meat and results in a more flavourful pork.
Covered in a corse dark hair & thick black hooves, they are semi-wild and are closely related to wild boars.
