For best results pan fry from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
PAN FRY
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry burgers over a low to medium heat for 15 –18 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
OVEN
- Remove from all packaging.
- Pre heat oven to 220/Fan 200/Gas 6
- Cook Burgers for 18-20 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
BBQ:
- Pre-heat the BBQ to a medium heat.
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on the BBQ and cook for 15-18 minutes
- Turn frequently throughout cooking.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

- Kangaroo Burger with Crispy Onion and BBQ Sauce: Cook the kangaroo burger in a hot skillet or on the barbecue until cooked through. Toast a brioche bun and fill with the burger, crispy onions, shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Add a smoky barbecue sauce and serve with seasoned potato wedges and coleslaw.

- Kangaroo Burger with Halloumi and Sweet Chilli: Cook the kangaroo burger until cooked through. Meanwhile, fry slices of halloumi until golden on both sides. Toast a brioche bun and fill with the burger, halloumi, shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and serve with sweet potato fries.
- Kangaroo Burger Loaded Fries: Cook the kangaroo burger until cooked through, then break it into smaller pieces. Prepare crispy fries and top with the burger pieces, grated cheddar, spring onions and jalapeños. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve with sour cream for dipping.
- Kangaroo Burger Salad Bowl: Cook the kangaroo burger until cooked through and slice into strips. Arrange mixed leaves, roasted sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and red onion in a bowl. Top with the sliced burger and finish with a honey and mustard dressing.
- Kangaroo Burger Sliders: Cook the kangaroo burgers until cooked through and serve in mini brioche rolls with different toppings such as cheddar and pickle, avocado and salsa, or caramelised onion and barbecue sauce. Serve with crispy fries or a simple side salad.

Absolutely delicious burgers, red meat but very light with a slight savoury flavour with depth Very little seasoning needed, or even better none at all.
