  • Game Chili: In a large pot, cook the game meat with onions, garlic, and diced tomatoes—season with chilli powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano. Add kidney beans and simmer until the flavours meld together. Serve the hearty game chilli with rice, cornbread, or tortilla chips.
  • Hunter's Stew: Sauté the diced game with onions, garlic, and carrots in a large pot. Add broth, red wine, diced tomatoes, and herbs like thyme and rosemary. Simmer until the meat is tender and the flavours meld together. Serve the hearty hunter's stew with crusty bread or mashed potatoes.
  • Game Meat Pie: Combine the diced game with sautéed onions, garlic, and mixed vegetables in a rich gravy. Then transfer the mixture to a pie dish and cover with a layer of puff pastry. Bake until the pastry is golden and crispy. Serve the savoury game meat pie with steamed greens or roasted root vegetables.
  • Wild Game Stir-Fry: Stir-fry the game meat with colourful vegetables like peppers, broccoli, and snap peas—season with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Serve the flavourful stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.

Thread the marinated meat onto skewers along with chunks of courgette, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Lastly, grill until the meat it is cooked to your liking. Serve the succulent game kebabs with a side of grilled vegetables and herbed couscous.
