Delivery Information

We have partnered with leading courier Parcel Force who is committed to keeping you up to date with your delivery.

  • Once your order has been collected from Kezie and arrives at the hub, you will receive your first email message that your parcel has been collected and is being tracked.
  • Once your order arrives at your local depot and loaded onto there van, you will receive your second email message notifying you of a 1-hour slot.
  • All deliveries are sent on a NEXT DAY service* (Depending on Postcode Service, please see below)

UK Mainland, England, Scotland (includes Highlands) & Wales – Next Day Service

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday)

  • Orders up to the value of £59 will be £9.99
  • Orders over the value of £60 FREE delivery

Other Parts of UK – 2-Day Service

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday (We can not deliver on Sunday or Monday)

  • Orders up to the value of £59 will be £9.99

Northern Ireland & Islands – 2-Day Service

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday (we can not deliver on Sunday or Monday). The additional costs are due to extra courier charges and packaging.

  • Orders over the value of £60 will be £14.99
