- Once your order has been collected from Kezie and arrives at the hub, you will receive your first email message notifying your parcel has been collected and is being tracked.
- Once your order arrives at your local depot, you will receive your second email message notifying you of a 1-hour slot.
- All deliveries are sent on a NEXT DAY service* (Depending on Postcode Service, please see below)

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (We can not deliver on Sunday or Monday)
