Delivery Date
We give our customers the ability to choose their delivery date at checkout, in the majority of instances, DPD will deliver on this date, but please be aware, there can sometimes be problems in their network, accidents, weather issues etc which can delivery your delivery by another day.
Packaging and Delivery
DPD collect from our premises daily so that we can guarantee once your order has left Kezie it will be delivered to your door the following day. All our meat is packed with Sorba Freeze to keep products near freezing.
On the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a notification via e-mail/text from either DPD providing you with an hour window for when your parcel will be delivered. This is a guide time.
Prior to delivery and at your door
All deliveries are preferred to be contactless. If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place.
Please note, all couriers operate a leave safe on perishable product meaning they don’t need to knock your door and the driver must leave the parcel on the doorstep or required safe place given by the customer, the driver is not allowed to return to the depot with the perishable food.
Tracking
You can track your parcel using the DPD app/ website and we will send you tracking details once they have received it from us.
When you have completed your order online you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order if you haven’t please check your junk. Once we have completed your order and it is with DPD, you will receive a notification from DPD with your tracking number.
DPD App
We would encourage all customers to download the DPD App to have up to date notifications on the delivery of their parcel. The customer gets a notification it is out for delivery, a 1 hour time slot, a 30 minute notification and a ‘Your Next’ notification. The customer should therefore be able to practically track the drivers every steps
