Delivery Information

We have partnered with leading courier Parcel Force who is committed to keeping you up to date with your delivery.

Once your order has been collected from Kezie and arrives at the hub, you will receive your first email message that your parcel has been collected and is being tracked.
Once your order arrives at your local depot and loaded onto there van, you will receive your second email message notifying you of a 1-hour slot.
All deliveries are sent on a NEXT DAY service* (Depending on Postcode Service, please see below)

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday)

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday (we can not deliver on Sunday or Monday). The additional costs are due to extra courier charges and packaging.
