About Product
What's it like? Our bone-in diced goat meat is similar to lamb but stronger in taste. It has a good mix of fat, which intensifies the flavour when cooked slowly, and the  bone adds nutrients and richness to any dish.

Why not try:

  • Goat Rogan Josh: In a large pot, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add spices like cumin, coriander, cardamom, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until softened. Add diced goat and enough water or broth to cover the meat. Simmer on low heat until the goat is tender and the flavours have melded together. Finish with a swirl of heavy cream and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with steamed rice or naan bread.
  • Goat Tagine: In a tagine or large pot, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until softened. Add spices like cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, and paprika. Stir in diced tomatoes, honey, and preserved lemon slices. Add diced goat and enough water or broth to cover the meat. Simmer on low heat or bake in the tagine until the goat is tender and the flavours have developed. Serve with couscous and garnish with chopped fresh herbs.
  • Goat Biryani: Prepare a flavourful marinade using dried chillies, garlic, onions, vinegar, and spices like cumin, cloves, and oregano. Marinate the diced goat overnight. In a large pot, sear the goat pieces until browned. Add the marinade, diced tomatoes, and enough water or broth to cover the meat. Simmer on low heat until the goat is tender and the flavours have infused. Serve the goat biryani in tacos or as a filling for quesadillas, garnished with chopped onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
  • Goat Curry with Coconut Milk: Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add spices like curry powder, turmeric, and garam masala. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until softened. Add diced goat and enough water or broth to cover the meat. Simmer on low heat until the goat is tender. Stir in coconut milk and simmer for a few more minutes. Serve the goat curry with steamed rice and naan bread.
  • Goat and Lentil Stew: In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened. Add diced goat and brown it. Stir in spices like cumin, coriander, and paprika. Add dried lentils, diced tomatoes, and enough water or broth to cover the ingredients. Simmer on low heat until the goat is tender, and the lentils are cooked through. Serve the goat and lentil stew with crusty bread or alongside a fresh green salad.
