What's it like? Made from a recipe developed and refined over 70 years, our Haggis from Charles MacLeod was awarded Gold Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods in 2014. With a delicious, savoury flavour and light crumbly texture, our hand made 1kg haggis will serve 5-6 portions.

Cooking Instructions

For best results defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. 

OVEN from Chilled

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Place in a casserole dish & cover
  • Heat oven to a medium heat 180 degrees (Gas Mark 6)
  • Cook for approximately 1 hour
  • Serve piping hot

HOB from Chilled

  • Remove from all packaging
  • Place in a pan, add water and cover
  • Simmer on a low heat (AVOID BOILING AS SKIN CAN SPLIT)
  • Cook for approximately 1 hour
  • Check to top up water if needed
  • Serve piping hot

MICROWAVE from Chilled

  • Remove from all packaging.
  • Remove, skin & metal chips
  • Place in a microwave dish
  • Heat until piping hot
