About Product
What's it like? Our boneless diced goat meat is similar to lamb but stronger in taste. It has a good mix of fat, which intensifies the flavour when cooked slowly. Try a hot, spicy Jamaican curry and serve with coconut rice.

Why not try:

  • Goat Curry: Cook the diced goat in a flavorful curry sauce. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala in a pot. Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened. Stir in the diced goat and simmer until tender. Serve the goat curry with steamed rice or naan bread.
  • Jamaican Goat Stew: Marinate the diced goat in a mixture of Jamaican jerk seasoning, lime juice, and thyme. In a large pot, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until softened. Add the marinated goat and brown it. Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Simmer until the goat is tender. Serve the Jamaican goat stew with rice and peas or boiled yams.
  • Goat Birria Tacos: Slow-cook the diced goat with spices like cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and bay leaves. Once tender, shred the meat and serve it in warm corn tortillas. Top with diced onions, coriander, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve with a side of consommé for dipping the tacos.
  • Goat Biryani: Cook the diced goat in a fragrant mixture of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and bay leaves. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and spices until fragrant. Add the diced goat and cook until browned. Stir in basmati rice, water, and saffron threads. Simmer until the rice is cooked and the flavours are infused. Serve the goat biryani with raita and naan bread.
  • Goat and Vegetable Stew: Sear the diced goat in a large pot until browned. Remove it from the pot and set it aside. Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened. Add diced tomatoes, beef or vegetable broth, and the seared goat. Simmer until the goat is tender and the flavours meld together. Add vegetables like potatoes, peas, and green beans and continue cooking until they are cooked through. Serve the goat and vegetable stew with crusty bread or mashed potatoes.
