Camel Meat
Our Camel meat is approved by the Australian Heart Foundation. It is a light red meat and extremely tender and delicious. Camel meat is a great alternative to beef and considered to be healthier being a good source of vitamin B, iron, calcium and phosphorus. Camel meat can also work well in curries to a warming casserole.
Camels have 3 sets of eyelids to keep sand out of their eyes.
