Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.
- Pre-heat oil in a pan on a medium heat and the oven on a medium heat (180°C/Gas Mark 5).
- Fry the Goat Meat in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
- Place in a casserole dish with your preferred stock and seasonal vegetables.
- Cook in the oven for up to 2 hours.
Ensure product is thoroughly cook and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
