How to I leave delivery instructions and what if I need to change them?

If you think you may be out when your delivery is due, there is a section within the checkout for you to detail special delivery instructions, i.e. “leave in the shed”. However, if you provide your email and/or mobile number at registration or checkout, then we can pass this onto our courier who will use their industry leading predict and follow your parcel services which allow you to receive a 1 hour delivery window via SMS or email, allowing you to track the progress of your order on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window.

What is dry ice?

Please note your delivery has been packed with sachets of Dry Ice. Dry Ice (Solid Carbon Dioxide) is very cold at approximately -60°C.

It is designed to turn from a solid into a gas whilst in transit to you and by doing this it will keep your products perfectly frozen.

The bags should arrive empty, however sometimes it may be the case that a small amount of Dry Ice is still in its solid form when your order arrives. This is not abnormal and if this is the case please follow the 5 simple guidelines below for disposal.

  1. DO NOT allow solid Dry Ice to come into contact with your skin
  2. DO NOT put Dry Ice into drinks
  3. ALWAYS keep Dry Ice away from children
  4. ALWAYS store Dry Ice in a well ventilated area
  5. DO NOT place Dry Ice in a working refrigerator or freezer once removed from box.

Once the Dry Ice is no longer solid, the empty bag in which it came can then be disposed of.
